Mr. ZHANG Feifei

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Zhang has served as a government official for more than 30 years. His main working experiences include: working as Deputy Director and then Director of Institutional Reform ComMadamion of the People’s Government of Anhui Province from December 1984 to February 1997; working as Chief of Feixi County in Anhui Province, Vice Mayor of Huaibei City in Anhui Province, Member of the Standing Committee of Huaibei Municipal People’s Congress, Executive Vice Mayor of Huaibei City in Anhui Province, Member of the Standing Committee of Chaohu Municipal People’s Congress, Executive Vice Mayor and Mayor of Huaibei City in Anhui Province from 1997 to 2007. In October 2011, he became Chairman of the Board for Anhui Province Energy Group Co., Ltd; in December 2011, he became Chairman of the Board for Anhui Province Wenergy Company Limited (a power company listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange); in April 2012, he became Director of Guoyuan Securities (a financial service institution listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange) which is also a shareholder of Huishang Bank. Mr. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anhui University in July 1982 and his master’s degree in Management from University of Science and Technology of China in June 2009.

Mr. QIAN Zheng

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Qian joined Huishang Bank in December 2009 and became a non-executive director of the Bank. Mr. Qian has more than 20 years of working experiences in the financial industry. his main working experiences include: working as Secretary-General and Director of the General Office of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee from August 1982 to December 1985; working as Deputy Director and Director of the Office of Anhui Provincial People’s Congress from December 1985 to May 1993; working as Deputy General Manager of Anhui Province Trust Investment Co., Ltd from May 1993 to September 1996; working as Chairman of the Board of Anhui Province Innovative Investment Co., Ltd from November 2000 to October 2008, and; working as General Manager of Anhui Province Credit & Guarantee (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Qian received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anhui University in August 1982 and his Senior Economist title from Anhui Senior Economist Appraisal Committee in May 1996.

Mr. GUO Shigang

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Guo has more than 18 years of working experiences in the financial industry. His main working experiences include: working as an officer at the Political Investigations Bureau of the Political Studies Office of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee, Secretary of the Secretariat of the General Office of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee, deputy-director-level inspector of the General Affairs Office of the General Office of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee and Secretary to Party Chief of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee from 1982 TO 1995; working as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Anhui Province International Trust Investment (Group) Co., Ltd from May 1995 to May 2001; working as Deputy General Manager of Anhui Guoyuan Holding (Group) Co., Ltd which is a shareholder of Huishang Bank and the General Manager & Chairman of Anhui Guoyuan Trust Investment Co., Ltd from May 2001 to September 2005; working as General Manager of Anhui Huangshan (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd from March 2001 to September 2005. In September 2005, he became General Manager of Anhui Guoyuan Holding (Group) Co., Ltd which is a shareholder of Huishang Bank and Chairman of Anhui Guoyuan Trust Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Guo received his bachelor’s degree in Literature from the Chinese Literature Department of Anhui University.

Mr. WU Tian

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Wu joined Huishang Bank in December 2009 to serve as a non-executive director. His main working experiences include: working as clerk at No.2 Director’s Office of the General Office of the People’s Government of Anhui Province, Assistant Investigator and Investigator of No.1 Secretary’s Office, Director of No.3 Bureau and Deputy Director of No.2 Office (Director-Level) from September 1991 to April 2004; working as Deputy General Manager of Anhui Highway Company from April 2004 to July 2007, Deputy General Manager & Chief Legal Counsel of Anhui Highway Company from July 2007 to January 2010, Deputy General Manager & Chief Legal Counsel of Anhui Highway Holding (Group) Co., Ltd from January 2010 to May 2010, Director & Deputy General Manager & Chief Legal Counsel of Anhui Highway Holding (Group) Co., Ltd from May 2010 to November 2010. In November 2010, he became Director and General Manager of Anhui Highway Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Wu received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Anhui Engineering College in August 1985 and his master’s degree in Engineering from Zhejiang University in December 1995.

Mr. GAO Yang

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Gao’s main working experiences include: working as Director of Beijing Auto Investment Co., Ltd starting from May 2003; working as Chairman of the Board of Zhongjing Industries (Group) Co., Ltd starting from August 2006. He served as Chairman of the Board of Zhongce Group Co., Ltd (a company specialized in manufacturing and selling batter products and relevant accessories and securities which has been listed at The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited) from September 2006 to November 2007; he became Director of Quick Bus Co., Ltd in April 2010, Director of Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd in September 2010, Chairman of Zhongjing Sihai Industries Co., Ltd in June 2011, Director of Guosheng Huaxing Investment Co., Ltd n October 2011, Director of Mudanjiang Futong Automotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd in December 2012 and Chairman of Guosheng Huaxing Investment Co., Ltd in May 2013. Mr. Gao studied Hotel Management as an auditor at Vienna Meinl Vocational School from March 1985 to March 1987.
