Recently, 2013 China Financial Asset Annual Meeting sponsored by The Asset magazine, China Association of Chief Financial Officers and Financial Asset Development & Research Center was held in Beijing. The theme of this event was “Era of the Internet: A New Financial Asset Management Model Ushers in a New Era for Financial Assets”. Nearly 500 people were present on the meeting, including experts, scholars and representatives from government agencies, industry associations, enterprises, banks and third-party service providers. During the annual event, the awards were announced and Huishang Bank was named 2013 Best Regional Financial Asset Management Bank, the only urban commercial bank to receive such honor.

The Asset was the earliest financial asset magazine in China. It has become the most influential regional specialty magazine by focusing on corporate finance and fund management and meeting the needs of enterprises and financial institutions. In many areas it has been regarded as one of the best-known magazines on practical financial operations, including fund, financial asset, risk management and corporate finance. The 2013 China Financial Asset Annual Meeting organized by The Asset saw participants from more than 50 banks, including state-owned banks (ICBC, ABC, BOC & CBC), national joint-stock commercial banks (Citic, Minsheng and SPD Bank) and foreign-owned banks (Citi Bank). After preliminary examination, assessment and user feedback, the Awards Review Panel selected the enterprises, banks and third-party service providers with the best performance on cash management. And Huishang Bank became 2013 Best Regional Financial Asset Management Bank. This was yet another honor for Huishang Bank after receiving 2011 Cash Management Bank with the Most Growth Potential and 2012 Most Innovative Management Bank.
