Mr. LI Hongming

Executive Director & Chairman of the Board

Mr. Li used to work as Level One Inspector and Deputy Director of Political Investigations Department of the Political Studies Bureau of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee, Deputy Director of Production Systems Department and Deputy of the Enterprise Systems of Anhui Provincial Institutional Reform Committee, Deputy Director and General Director of the Development & Research Center of Anhui Provincial People’s Government, Deputy General Secretary of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee and Director of Political Studies Bureau of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee during the period of 1991-2003; he also served as Deputy Party Chief of Huangshan Municipal CPC Committee, Mayor of Huangshan Municipal People's Government, Secretary of CPC Group, and Director of Huangshan Scenic Spots Management Committee during the period from September 2003 to February 2008; he served as Party Chief of Suzhou CPC Committee, Director of Suzhou Municipal People's Congress and First Secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Suzhu Ma’anshan Modern Industrial Park. Mr. Li received his bachelor’s degree in automation from Hefei University of Technology in January 1982 and his master's degree in Marxist Studies from University of Science and Technology of China in September 1990. During February 1998 to August 1998, he visited University of Maryland as a visiting scholar.

Madam XU Demei

Madam Xu has more than 35 years of working experiences in the financial industry. Her experiences include: working as Vice President and later President of Fanchang County Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, Vice President of Wuhu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China during 1984-1998; working as Vice President of Ma’anshan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from April 1998 to December 1998; working as Chairwoman and President of Ma’anshan Urban Commercial Bank from December 1998 to November 2005, and; working as Vice Secretary-General of Ma’anshan Municipal People’s Government. She received her bachelor's degree in Economics & Management from the Open College of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee in December 1997 and her Senior Economist title from Ma’anshan Branch of Anhui Society of Economics in August 1999.

Mr. WU Xuemin

Mr. Wu has more than 17 years of working experiences in the financial industry. His main working experiences include: working as Deputy Director of Newspapers, Magazines & Theoretical Studies Department of China Construction Bank, Deputy Director of the Office of the Board of Directors and the Deputy Director of the General Office of China UnionPay, General Manager of Anhui Branch of China UnionPay from 1996 to 2010, and; working as General Manager of the Strategic Development and Legal Compliance Department of China UnionPay. Mr. Wu received his bachelor's degree in Metal Materials & Heat Treatment from Harbin Institute of Technology in July 1990 and his master's degree in Economics from Renmin University in January 2001. He also received his EMBA degree from Fudan University in January 2005.

Mr. ZHANG Renfu

Mr. Zhang’s main working experiences include: working as deputy director of Liaison Department of General Office of The People’s Government of Anhui Province from September 1995 to August 1998; working as Researcher at No.3 Secretary Office of the General Office of The People’s Government of Anhui Province from August 1998 to February 2001; working as Deputy Director of No.5 Secretary Office of the General Office of The People’s Government of Anhui Province from May 2005 to December 2005; working as Deputy Director of No.2 Secretary Office and Deputy Director of Secretary Office of the General Office of Anhui Provincial People’s Government, and; working as Deputy Director of Financial Affairs Office of Anhui Provincial People’s Government. Mr. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree in Historical Studies from Xiamen University in July 1983, his Master of Laws from Renmin University and his Senior Economist title from Personnel Bureau of The People’s Government of Anhui Province in December 2007.

Mr. CI Yaping

Mr. Ci has more than 33 years of working experiences in the financial industry. His main working experiences include: working as Vice President of Anqing Branch of Communications Bank of China from July 1994 to February 1997; working as Chairman and President of Anqing Commercial Bank from February 1997 to December 2005. Mr. Ci received his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management from the Open College of the Party School of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee and his Economist title from Anhui Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in December 1990.
