Mr. Wu has more than 17 years of working experiences in the financial industry. His main working experiences include: working as Deputy Director of Newspapers, Magazines & Theoretical Studies Department of China Construction Bank, Deputy Director of the Office of the Board of Directors and the Deputy Director of the General Office of China UnionPay, General Manager of Anhui Branch of China UnionPay from 1996 to 2010, and; working as General Manager of the Strategic Development and Legal Compliance Department of China UnionPay. Mr. Wu received his bachelor's degree in Metal Materials & Heat Treatment from Harbin Institute of Technology in July 1990 and his master's degree in Economics from Renmin University in January 2001. He also received his EMBA degree from Fudan University in January 2005.

Mr. Zhang’s main working experiences include: working as deputy director of Liaison Department of General Office of The People’s Government of Anhui Province from September 1995 to August 1998; working as Researcher at No.3 Secretary Office of the General Office of The People’s Government of Anhui Province from August 1998 to February 2001; working as Deputy Director of No.5 Secretary Office of the General Office of The People’s Government of Anhui Province from May 2005 to December 2005; working as Deputy Director of No.2 Secretary Office and Deputy Director of Secretary Office of the General Office of Anhui Provincial People’s Government, and; working as Deputy Director of Financial Affairs Office of Anhui Provincial People’s Government. Mr. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree in Historical Studies from Xiamen University in July 1983, his Master of Laws from Renmin University and his Senior Economist title from Personnel Bureau of The People’s Government of Anhui Province in December 2007.

Mr. Wang has more than 33 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His main working experiences include: working as Vice President of Wuhu Branch of Industrial & Commercial Bank of China from February 1986 to September 1997; working as President of Xuancheng Branch of Industrial & Commercial Bank of China from July 1998 to October 2001; working as Director of Supervision Office of Anhui Branch of Industrial & Commercial Bank of China from October 2001 to December 2001; working as Chairman of Wuhu Commercial Bank from December 2001 to December 2005. Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management from the Open College of the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C. in December 1994 and studies as an on-job graduate at Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College during September 1997 to July 1999 to get his master’s degree. Mr. Wang received his Senior Economist Certificate from Industrial & Commercial Bank of China in November 1994.

Mr. Ci has more than 33 years of working experiences in the financial industry. His main working experiences include: working as Vice President of Anqing Branch of Communications Bank of China from July 1994 to February 1997; working as Chairman and President of Anqing Commercial Bank from February 1997 to December 2005. Mr. Ci received his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management from the Open College of the Party School of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee and his Economist title from Anhui Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in December 1990.

Mr. Gao has more than 21 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His main working experiences include: working as President of Huaihe Road Branch of Hefei Commercial Bank Co., Ltd from January 1999 to December 1999; working as Assistant President, Vice President and President of Hefei Commercial Bank Co., Ltd from December 1999 to December 2005; working as President of Hefei Branch of Huishang Bank from January 2006 to January 2007, and; working as Vice President of Huishang Bank starting from January 2007. Mr. Gao received his bachelor’s degree in Economics as an Finance & Accounting major from Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College in July 1987. Mr. Gao received his CPA certificate from the Certified Public Accounts Exam Committee of the Ministry of Finance in May 1995 and his Senior Economist certificate from the Senior Economists Qualification Appraisal Committee in December 2007.

Mr. Zhang has more than 26 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His main working experiences include: working as a clerk at the Office of Foreign Exchange Management, Director-level Clerk of Foreign Exchange Coordination Center, Director of Bank Credit Cooperation Department and Director of Balance of Payments of Anhui Branch of the People’s Bank of China from July 1986 to June 1998; working as Vice President of Hefei Branch of China Everbright Bank from December 1999 to April 2001; working as Chairman of Tongling Urban Credit Cooperative from July 2005 to December 2005; working as Executive Director of Huishang Bank from December 2005 to May 2011; working as President of Tongling Branch, General Manager of Headquarters Business Department and Institutional Management and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Huishang Bank from December 2005 to November 2009. In May 2011, he became Vice President of Huishang Bank. Mr. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College in July 1986 and his MBA degree from Anhui Institute of Business Administration in December 2007. Mr. Zhang received his Senior Economist Certificate from the People’s Bank of China in October 2001.

Mr. Yi has more than 14 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His main working experiences include: working as Deputy Director of the Office of Anhui Branch of China Construction Bank from April 2000 to September 2001; working as President of Huangshan Branch of China Construction Bank FROM November 2001 to January 2003; working as Director of Agency Department of the Anhui Branch of China Construction Bank; working as General Manager of the Branches & Investment Bank Department of Anhui Branch of China Construction Bank from September 2003 to July 2004; working as President of Hefei Sanxiaokou Branch of China Construction Bank from October 2004 to May 2007, and; working as President of Hefei Chengxi Branch of China Construction Bank from October 2007 to May 2009. Mr. Yi received his bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language & Literature from Fuyang Teachers College in Anhui Province in July 1986 and his master’s degree in Chinese Language & Literature from Xiamen University in June 1993. Mr. Yi received his Senior Economist Certificate from China Construction Bank in December 2000.

Mr. Yan has more than 30 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His main working experiences include: working as Vice President of Xiangbei Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from March 1992 to February 1993; working as Deputy Director of Deposits Department, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Real Estate Credit Loans Department of Xiangfan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from March 1993 to February 1998; working as President of Xiangcheng Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from February 1998 to December 1999; working as Director of the Wuhan Branch Office of China Minsheng Bank from January 2000 to June 2001; working as Director of Shenzhen Branch Office of China Minsheng Bank from August 2001 to December 2003; working as General Manager of the Corporate Business Department of China Minsheng Bank from January 2004 to July 2006; becoming General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department of Huishang Bank in August 2006, and; becoming Assistant President and General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department of Huishang Bank in May 2011. Mr. Yan received his master’s degree in Management Science from Central China Normal University in January 2000.

Mr. Hu has more than 28 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His main working experiences include: working as Deputy Director of Financial Management of Wuhu Branch of the People’s Bank of China from January 1994 to July 1997; working as General Manager of the Financing Department, Assistant President and Vice President of Wuhu Commercial Bank; becoming the Director both for the Office of the Board of Directors and the Office of Board of Supervisors in December 2005, and; becoming Secretary of the Board of Directors of Huishang Bank in April 2011. Mr. Hu received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Open College of the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C. in December 1999 and his EMBA from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics in October 2011. Mr. Hu received his Economist Certificate from Anhui Branch of the People’s Bank of China in December 1996 and Senior Economist Certificate from Anhui Senior Economists Appraisal Committee in October 2008.

Mr. Xia has nearly 20 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His working experiences include: working as Assistant President of Changjiang Zhonglu Branch of Hefei Urban Cooperative Bank from February 1998 to June 1998; working as President of Xiaoyaojin Branch of Hefei Commercial Bank (named Hefei Urban Cooperative Bank during April 1997-July 1998) from June 1998 to June 2002; working as General Manager of Fund & Finance Department of Hefei Commercial Bank from June 2002 to August 2005; working as Vice President of Hefei Commercial Bank Co., Ltd from August 2005 to December 2005; becoming General Manager of Planning & Finance Department of Huishang Bank in December 2005, and; becoming Assistant President of Huishang Bank in December 2011. Mr. Xia received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics in June 1993 and his doctorate degree in Economics from China Research Institute of Financial Studies in July 2009.

Mr. Liu has more than 18 years of working experiences in the banking industry. His main working experiences include: working as Deputy Director of the Office of Wuhu Planning Commission, Deputy Director and Director of the Finance & Trade Department from August 1988 to September 1996; working as Assistant President of Wuhu Branch of China Construction Bank from August 1996 to October 1997. He was transferred to Wuhu Commercial Bank in October 1997. He worked as Vice President of Wuhu Commercial Bank from July 1999 to March 2000 and as President of Wuhu Commercial Bank from April 2000 to December 2005. He worked as President of Wuhu Branch of Huishang Bank from December 2005 to January 2007 and as General Manager of the Compliance Department of Huishang Bank from January 2007 to March 2008. He became the Director of the General Office of Huishang Bank in March 2008 and Chief Administrative Officer of Huishang Bank in December 2011. Mr. Liu received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Anhui University of Finance & Economics (previously named Anhui Finance & Trade Secondary College) in August 1982 and his Economist title from the Title Reform Leading Group of Wuhu City in February 1993.
