Mr. Zhang joined Huishang Bank in December 2005 and served as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and Employees’ Representative Supervisor. He has been working in the financial industry for more than 33 years. His main working experiences include: working as Deputy Chief of the Planning Section of Suxian Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from May 1984 to December 1985; working as Deputy Chief of the Planning Section of Suxian Branch of the People’s Bank of China from December 1985 to July 1987; working as Vice President of Suxian Branch of the People’s Bank of China from August 1987 to March 1998; working as Deputy Director of the Planning & Saves Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region Branch of the People’s Bank of China to support the development cause in Tibet from August 1987 to August 1989; working as Vice President and President of Huaibei Branch of the People’s Bank of China from March 1998 to February 2002; working as Director of Banking Management Department of Hefei Branch of the People’s Bank of China from February 2002 to October 2003; working as Director of the ICBC Supervision Department of Anhui Branch of China Banking Regulatory ComMadamion from October 2003 to December 2004, and; working as Director of No.2 State-Owned Banks Supervision Department of Anhui Branch of China Banking Regulatory ComMadamion from December 2004 to December 2005. Mr. Zhang received his bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management from the Open College of the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C. in December 1997, his Economist title from Anhui Branch of the People’s Bank of China in December 1987 and his Senior Economist title from the People’s Bank of China in November 1999.

Mr. Xu joined Huishang Bank as Director of Personnel Department of Hefei Urban Cooperative Bank in February 1997. Mr. Xu has more than 21 years of working experiences in the financial industry. His main working experiences include: working as Director of Personnel Department of Hefei Commercial Bank Co., Ltd (named “Hefei Urban Cooperative Bank” from April 1997 to July 1998) from February 1997 to December 2005, and; working as General Manager of Human Resources Department of Huishang Bank from December 2005 to May 2011. In April 2011, he became President of the Labor Union and Employees’ Representative Supervisor of Huishang Bank. Mr. Xu received his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Anhui Normal University in December 1982.

Mr. He joined Huishang Bank in February 1997 as Chief of the Settlement Section of the Accounting Department of Hefei Urban Cooperative Bank. Mr. He has more than 21 years of working experiences in the financial industry. His main working experiences include: working as Accountant of Hefei Technological Development & Testing Bank from July 1992 too February 1997; working as Chief of the Settlement Section of the Accounting Department of Hefei Commercial Bank Co., Ltd (named “Hefei Urban Cooperative Bank” from April 1997 to July 1998); working as Vice President of Huposhanzhuang Branch of Hefei Commercial Bank Co., Ltd from January 2001 to May 2003; working as Vice President and President of Daoxianglou Branch of Hefei Commercial Bank Co., Ltd from May 2003 to December 2005; working as President of Daoxianglou Branch of Huishang Bank from December 2005 to January 2007; working as Assistant General Manager of the Business Operations Division of Huishang Bank from January 2007 to April 2008; working as Vice President of Hefei Branch of Huishang Bank from April 2008 to April 2012, and; working as Deputy General Manager of the Banking Department and General Manager of the Strategic Customers Center of Huishang Bank from April 2012 to June 2013. In June 2013, he became Deputy General Manager (responsible for managing daily work) of the Compliance Department of Huishang Bank; in July 2013, he became an Employees’ Representative Supervisor of Huishang Bank. Mr. He received his junior college degree in Finance & Accounting from Anhui University in July 1992, his bachelor’s degree in Foreign-related Economic Studies from the Open College of the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C. in December 1996 and his master’s degree in Economics & Management from the Open College of the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C. in July 2009. Mr. He received his Economist certificate from the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China in December 1997.

Mr. Cheng joined Huishang Bank in July 2013 and now serves as a Shareholders’ Representative Supervisor. Mr. Cheng’s main working experiences include: working as Secretary of Hefei Municipal People’s Government and Secretary of Executive Committee of Hefei Municipal People’s Government from May 1991 to December 1996; working as an Editor for Hefei Political News from May 1991 to December 1996; working as Assistant Director and Deputy Director of Beijing Liaison Office of Hefei Municipal People’s Government from December 1996 to February 2004; working as Director of Key Projects Office of Hefei Municipal People’s Government from January 2000 to February 2004; working as Deputy Director of the Investigations Bureau of the Institutional Reform Office of the State Council from September 2001 to September 2002, and; working as Vice President of Hefei Xingtai Holding Group Co., Ltd from February 2004 to February 2013. in July 2008, he became Chairman of the Board of Hefei Xingtai Holding Group Co., Ltd; in January 2009, he became Chairman of the Board of Anhui Shares Exchange Co., Ltd; in February 2013, he became President of Hefei Xingtai Holding Group Co., Ltd; in July 2007, he became Director of Guoyuan Agricultural Insurance Co., Ltd; in July 2013, he became an Shareholders’ Representative Supervisor of Huishang Bank. Mr. Cheng received his master’s degree in Management from Australian National University.

Mr. Wu joined Huishang Bank in December 2009 and now serves as a Shareholders’ Representative Supervisor. His main working experiences include: working as Director of the Finance Department, Director of the Securities Department, Deputy General Manager, Board Secretary and Director of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co., Ltd from October 1996 to September 2008; becoming Deputy Chief Accountant & Director of Finance Department of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co., Ltd in September 2008. Mr. Wu received his bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting from Zhejiang Metallurgy & Economics Secondary School in July 1985 and his MBA degree from Anhui Institute of Business Administration in December 2002. Mr. Wu received his Senior Account Certificate from the State Bureau of Non-Ferrous Metal Industry in September 1998.

Mr. Cheng joined Huishang Bank in December 2009 and now serves as Shareholders’ Representative Supervisor. His main working experiences include: working as a lecturer at Anhui Jianzhu University from September 1988 to February 1990; working as General Manager of Fine Arts & Decoration Co., Ltd from June 1990 to April 1992; working as Chairman of Hefei Taili Fine Arts & Decoration Co., Ltd from November 1992 to July 2008. He became Chairman of Anhui Hengtai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd in November 1996, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anhui Hengtai (Group) Co., Ltd in November 1996, Chairman of Tongling Maoyuan Investment Co., Ltd in September 1997 and Chairman of Nanxiang Hengtai (Suzhou) Logistics Industry Co., Ltd. Mr. Cheng received his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Architecture in July 1988 and graduated from Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now named “China Academy of Art”) in July 1887. Mr. Cheng received his EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. In June 1998, Mr. Cheng received his Senior Engineer Certificate from Construction Bureau of the People’s Government of Anhui Province in June 1998.

Madam Cheng joined Huishang Bank in December 2009 and now serves as an External Supervisor for Huishang Bank. Her main working experiences include: working as Acting General Manager of the German Subsidiary of Metro Group from May 1990 to September 1995; working as General Manager of DKSH (Shanghai) Co., Ltd from October 1995 to September 2001; working as Deputy General Manager of Sinopharm Group Holding Co., Ltd from October 2001 to May 2004, and; working as Managing Director of Shanghai Tianyi Consulting Co., Ltd and Dekanghang (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd from June 2004 to July 2011. She became General Manager of Sinopharm Logistics Co., Ltd in August 2011. Madam Cheng received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in July 1984 and her MBA degree from Nyenrode Business University in Holland in September 1989.

Mr. Fan joined Huishang Bank in December 2009 and now serves as an External Supervisor for Huishang Bank. His main working experiences include: becoming as a mentoring professor for PhD candidates at International Business School of University of International Business & Economics in December 2004; working as Executive Deputy Dean of Haier Business School of University of International Business & Economics from January 2003 to September 2004, and; becoming Deputy Dean of International Business School of University of International Business & Economics. In February 2013, Mr. Fan became a State Council-Subsidized Expert for his contributions made to the teaching of social sciences in China. Mr. Fan received his bachelors’ degree in Law as an Ideological & Political Education major from Central South University of Industry in July 1987, his master’s degree in Philosophy as a Dialectics of Nature major from Central South University of Industry in July 1992 and his doctorate degree in Economics from University of International Business & Economics in June 2004.

Mr. Fan joined Huishang Bank in December 2009 and now serves as an External Supervisor for Huishang Bank. Her main working experiences include: becoming as a professor at Anhui University of Finance & Economics (predecessor of Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College) in August 2002; working as Dean of the Finance College of Anhui University of Finance & Economics in June 2008; serving as member of the Academic Board of Anhui University of Finance & Economics in October 2009; working as Annual Meeting Director for China Financial Engineering Studies in February 2010; working as member of the Collaboration Team on Financial Studies of the Finance & Economics Branch of China Association of Higher Education in August 2010; working as Director of the Professors Board of the Finance College of Anhui University of Finance & Economics in January 2011, and; becoming a Managing Director of Anhui Association of Finance. Madam Pan received her bachelor’s degree from Anhui Finance & Trade Vocational College (now named Anhui University of Finance & Economics) in July 1983 and her master’s degree in Public Finance from Anhui University of Finance & Economics in July 1993.
